String bound circa 1840's children's book Select and Amusing Animals by S. Babcock from his Toy Books series. Twenty-four pages on different animals inside with litho's as well. The cover depicts many scenes of children playing games, one of which are a batter and pitcher in an early representation of Base Ball. Very nice condition inside and out.
