November 3 1866 Harpers Weekly woodcut picturing The "Atlantic" Base-Ball Club of Brooklyn and The "Athletic" Of Philadelphia. These two teams played a three game series for the Pennant that year with Brooklyn winning 2-1. This image was printed to commemorate the event. Many stars of the day from both teams are represented on this 19th Century piece, when Baseball was still in it's infancy. Just a bit of creasing and small tears on the edges, would frame or mat out wonderfully.
