Dated November 25, 1905 Yale Eleven Postcard, mailed to Elsie Krafft of San Francisco on November, 26, 1905 by her brothers Alfred and Elmer, all from a very well-known San Francisco family. The postcard highlights the tenth win of the season for Yale over Harvard 6-0. Upon which Yale was deemed "National Champions". According to the writing on the card, 43,000 attended the game at Soldiers Field in Cambridge that day.

The postcard features the Eleven Yale Eli Football team members. These Dominoe cards were used by all of the Ivy League teams of the day so that fans could write home about the game. They give us early images of the players and many nice facts on each game when found notated.

This particular card is from one of the most important games/rivalries of the 1905 season and is quite special as such.
