1906 New Hunter Baltimore Orioles 3rd Baseman cabinet photo. Approximately 6" x 5" mount with a 4" x 3" photo adhered. Newt played minor league baseball but never made the majors and does not have any contemporary cards, yet here he is adorned in his Baltimore uniform. One of several Baltimore Eastern League cabinets that we will be offering in this auction, each from a 2007 REA Auction of a large Baltimore Orioles collection, the majority of which came from the Al Kermisch collection, long time baseball historian and SABRE contributor. Penciled identification on the back, along with white grease pen name and date of play on the front, possibly by Kermisch.
