A ticket for the October 30, 1909 Annual Reception & Ball given by the National Athletic Club at Bohemian American Hall 1438 West 18th Street, which we are fairly sure was in Chicago. A Baseball theme litho and song verse on the back side. One small interior tear, otherwise very nice condition.
