Brockelman & Luckey Fall 2012 Auction

Newly determined to be 1932 Worch Cigars instead of Wheaties, near set 23 of 24. This Minneapolis Millers team set had been thought to be a Wheaties issue, although it resembled nothing like the Wheaties issues of the 1930's. A 2012 find of these is original envelopes proved once and for all their Worch Cigars origin. See Old Cardboard Spring 2012 page 8 for all the details. This group of 23, missing only Pea Ridge Day for completion is overall very nice condition, a uniform Vg to Ex, not a crease in the bunch. Three have a small glue spot on the back with a bit of paper pull on two. Includes Andy Cohen, Joe Hauser and Paul Richards among many other who appeared in the Major Leagues. A fascintating opportunity to acquire all but one of these in one pop!
