1933 Imperial Tobacco Co. Turret Cigarettes Poker Hands Cards, Premium List and Store Display. An amazing group of items related to a promotion done by Imperial Tobacco in 1933 where one could obtain poker card hands cards from Turret, Sweet Caporal or Guinea Gold Cigarettes and redeem them for various prizes. The wood/cork display carries the Turret Cigarettes ad at the top and "Save the Poker Hands" at the bottom, each row is numbered 1-52 and has cork so that the cards could be pinned on to the board. The four page premium list explains the rules and all of the prizes available. Included are thirty-seven of the different series cards, with four duplicates. A quick internet search finds a few of the cards, but nothing like the board to hold them or even the premium list. Quite scarce one would think.
