Early Joe Jackson photograph, probably circa 1910-12, taken by famed photographer Louis Van Oeyen, with his purple oval stamp on the back. Measuring 6" x 7 1/4" cut down from it's original size and used by the Philadelphia Inquirer, it shows several different stamps and marks on the back, as well as "Joe Jackson Cleveland" written in fountain pen. The front has some residue from mock ups, as well as some halo shadowing around Joe's image for use in the newspaper or other periodical. There are some creases and handling marks, front and back. An image that we don't seem to find elsewhere. As photographs and Joe Jackson items both appreciate rapidly this is a ground floor opportunity for the astute winner.
