Bit of a head scratcher here. Sharp, crease free Piedmont Cigarettes Gold Border card of Thomas Downey, Cincinnati Reds. SGC 40, with no apparent reason for the lower grade. A chance to pick up a nice card if it goes for VG money, but most will see it's true value.
