1948 Babe Ruth and William Bendix original Ansco Viewer slide from The Babe Ruth Story. This negative type slide, which is approximately 2" x 2" in total size, depicts the Babe smoking a cigar while examining a baseball. Bendix is next to him holding a bat. It was made to be used in an early Ansco viewer. Neat and interesting item made while Ruth was still alive. Much clearer in person than the scan shows.
