Harry Wright Jr. 1954 seven page letter to Sporting News Editor J. G.Taylor Spink telling of his being a "lucky charm" for the Yankees and the Giants, along with other ramblings. The return address identifying him as Harry Wright Jr. son of "Father of Baseball", obviously a title he wholeheartedly lived and breathed. Also comes with a Sporting News photo of his father Harry Wright, made from an older original image, very sharp and clear, a few retouches to it. Interesting piece of baseball history.
