Gorgeous well centered with blood red background Old Mill Cigarettes card of Perry Lipe, Richmond. One of the tough and popular Southern Leaguers in the massive white border set. PSA 4.5 which appears incorrect, the card displaying as Ex+ or even Exmt, under magnification one can find a very small stock wrinkle on the back right edge. A great looking card, whatever the holder might say, with a super clean back.
