Fantastic invitation from a Base Ball Team in 1867 to a Miss Clara Bunt. It is difficult to find anything concerning baseball from the mid 1860s. This 147 year old piece is folded in the middle as can be seen and is approximately 4 1/2" x 7" as shown. The rest of the paper is blank. A little rough around the edges but still a very nice ancillary piece to go with any baseball collection. We especially appreciate the mode of transportation called for in the day, when reading at the bottom "Carriages will call from 7 to 9 o'clock."
