1945 Grand Rapid Chicks of the AAGPBL featured in "The Girls of Summer. 8" x 10" team photo, signed by eighteen players and Manager Benny Meyer. Players signing are: Joyce Hill, Jo Kabick, Twila Shively, Willie Rsykamp, Thelma Eisen, Tommie Thompson, Kay Blumetta, Connie Wisneiwki, Dottie Hunter, Mickey Maguire, Teeny Petras, Ziggy Ziegler, Doris Tetzlaff, Sylvia Wronski, Betty Wicken, Philomena Gianfrancisco and Marge Wenzell. JSA Certified, but mistakenly named as the Rockford Peaches which it is not. All singed in the same light blue fountain pen. Possibly a one of a kind piece. Certainly one for the collector of Women's sports!
