Early 20th century piece of Americana, a blanket(quilt) made up of 1914 B18 Blankets and one S22 Silk. Included on it are: Gandil, Mann, Moriarity, Moeller(5), Sallee(2), Konetchy(2), Burns(3), Coveleski, Wallace(3), Walsh(3), Olson, Gainor(2), Huggins(Yellow Pennants)(2), Shotton, Carey, McBride, Maranville(2), Dolan(Yellow Pennants), Grant(2), Ty Cobb, Pratt, Liebold, Gibson(2), Hyatt, O’Toole, Whitted(Yellow Pennants), Shanks, Tesreau, Griffith, Keating, Fletcher(2), Kelley, James, Kavanaugh, Agnew, Doak, Cavanaugh and Whaling.

A total of fifty-nine B18’s total with one S 22 California silk. Overall condition is well used as intended, many have fading, although a few are still quite colorful. The value lies not only in the amount of B18’s but the 100 year old plus homemade Americana of the blankets used as they were intended, sewn together. Measures just over 4’ x 6 ½’. Could it be taken apart, yes, but why? A marvelous display piece for the home office/collection room.
