Not exactly sure of the issuer of these circa 1930's/40's Western small size cards. While they appear to have something in common with the Exhibits of the era, they are not cut up 4 in 1's, as they measure approximately 1 5/8" x 2 3/4" and would be too large to have been cut up from a standard Exhibits card. The stock is cream colored and lighter than Exhibits stock. There are twenty-seven different numbering from #2 thru #60. All are cowboy/western movie stars of the era.
