1938 Lou Gehrig issue of unknown origin. The text indicating his batting record of 1937 and his current consecutive game number. Measures 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" on light weight stock. Perhaps cut from a large item. Everything about it suggests a period piece and appears correct as to print method, stock, etc. Due to the unknown nature of the piece we shall start it low and let the collector's decide it's worth.
