Complete set of the iconic 1953 Bowman Black & White set of 64 cards. A pretty clean set for the most part, VG/EX with many nicer and only a few lesser. With just a few upgrades one could have a clean VG/Ex to EX+ set. The only creased cards in the set are Woodling, Stengel and Cox and these are fairly light. Only two cards appear as Good or lower, Branca and Cox. Most of the cards are well centered, none have any ink or tape on the back, the commonly found wax marks are light and unobtrusive. A much nicer raw set than normally encountered in this day of grading predominance, the majority of these would easily make mid grade holders. We will start it low and let everyone have a shot at it. No 1950's era collection is complete without a 53' B & W set! Comes in the 8 pocket pages ready to insert in your binder.
