1939 Playball Partial Set 90 Different With HOFers

A very clean group of ninety different 1939 Playball cards, mostly VG/EX to EX, only a few lesser, very few creases in this entire run. A great group for the raw set collector, as there are several HOFers in the group. Also of note is #82 the Chuck Klein card with a dramatic preprinting fold in the cardstock which leaves a jagged print void. These are highly sought after among currency and stamp collectors as scarce production errors. This is rarely seen in baseball cards due to the heavier paper, might be a wise investment to pick one up while you can. None of these cards have any back damage, all of the front are shown in order, in the scans for your assessment. Although there is some size variance none of these appear to be trimmed, just the normal production variances.
