1910 George Davis Co. Orange Borders Box with Tris Speaker and the 1909 National League Champion Pittsburgh Pirates on each side of the box, flattened with each side panel intact, missing only the end flaps. First sold by REA in 2010 and now reoffered for the first time in fifteen years. At the time this was the only known box, until a fully intact box was offered by them in 2016 which we are also offering in this auction.
The box has some creasing and a scuff on the Speaker side, the Pirates side is free of any defects with a crystal-clear image of Honus Wagner and the rest of the team.
