1910's Chicago White Sox Royal Gorge Postcard. In 1910 the Chicago White Sox team took a train to Spring training, passing thru the Royal Gorge on February 27, 1910 when this classic image was taken. This postcard comes in both a regular and oversize format, this the standard size version. SGC 20, due to being postally used in 1911, sent to Mortimer Terrill, a Union Pacific Railroad employee, announcing the birth of Doris Janet Vidal on Jan 4 1911, daughter of Howard and Helen Vidal. Mortimer being the proud new grandfather.
