Early 1990's MLB vintage sign once posted outside of the umpire’s locker room pertaining to "No Visitors" per "National League Rule 8.1..." and outlines with specificity Umpire’s Dressing Room visitation rules. The sign spells out clearly that unless you were an Umpire, League officer, or clubhouse attendant assigned to the umpire’s room, you better not enter. It’s signed in facsimile "By Direction of National League, William D. White, President." Some evidence of tape residue and use in a locker room.
