1909 Polo Grounds New York Giants Panoramic Photo a reprinting from the original by the Baseball Hall of Fame and purchased thru the Hall, by the consignor in 1997 at a cost of over $200. Nearly as sharp as an original, an excellent piece that would frame nicely. The photograph measures 46" x 9 1/2". The imprint reads Copyright 1909 - The Pictorial News Co.- 138 West 42nd N.Y. and Polo Grounds- 1909 Home of the New York Giants - New York vs. Philadelphia. The image is an action shot of the Giants Batting, with the many of the crowd looking into the lens of the photographer.
