1913 Mayor's Pennant Series Champions G.S. B.B.L. Sterling Silver Medal. 1 3/8" Baseball motif medal inscribed 1913 G.S. B.B.L. on the front with Mayor's Pennant Series Champions Presented by Playground Commission. Made by Whitehead & Hoag, a very prominent maker of various medals of the day. Marked Sterling at the bottom, with a loop for attaching a ribbon at the top. Etched into the back lower portion is REINHARD, perhaps the young man it belonged to. No further info could be found.
